PreMarket (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”)
2. Eligibility
All natural persons are eligible to participate. However, employees of the organizing entity, as well as employees of companies and organizations involved in this competition, or their family members, are not eligible to participate. The Organizer reserves the right to remove participants who are evidently attempting to abuse the competition to alter the results or probabilities.
3. Participation Period
The participation period is until November 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
4. How to Participate
Participants enter the lottery by submitting their name and email address on PreMarket's website and by accepting PreMarket's terms of use.
5. Winner Selection, Prize, and Redemption
The prize is a gift card from Vepsäläinen Oy valued at €200. The winner will be drawn on November 13, 2024. The winner will be notified personally via email, and the Organizer has the right to publish the winner's name. If the winner cannotbe reached within one week, the Organizer has the right to draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
6. Taxes
The Organizer will pay the statutory lottery tax on the prize.
7. Handling of Personal Data
The Organizer processes participants' personal data for the purpose of conducting the lottery and delivering the prizes. More information on the handling of personal data can be found in PreMarket's privacy policy.
8. Organizer's Liability
The winner releases the Organizer and any other potential partners involved in the campaign from all responsibility and any potential damages caused or claimed to have been caused by participating in the campaign, receiving, or usingthe prize. The Organizer is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect participation entries. The Organizer is also not liable for any damages or costs caused or claimed to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by participating in this lottery. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues or obstacles that may prevent participation in the campaign or the receipt of the prize.
9. Rules Apply to All Participants
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules. The Organizer may suspend the lottery for a justified reason. All participants agree to comply with these rules and the Organizer's decisions regarding the lottery.
